Sunday Spotlight [Little Missy Kate's] ♥

I am so happy to share Hallie Keller and her adorable shop Little Missy Kate's with you!


I met Hallie through a blog gift exchange, and have been so impressed with her lovely shop and her sweet, friendly personality!

She creates adorable [and affordable!] jewelry.


I love the colors that she combines. . .


And she even has personalized, hand-stamped pieces. . .


I asked her to make one for me, and I LOVE it!. . .


She also recently got some new stamps, and I am loving the new pieces she is creating! Like this little lovely:



I've asked Hallie some questions to help you get to know her better:

1. How did you first hear about etsy, and what made you want to open your shop?
My mom first told me about etsy a few years ago and I've enjoyed browsing all the lovely shops since then. I've sold my creations on a small scale for years and finally got the push to join Etsy at the end of last year. I am a stay at home mom and wanted to make a few of my hobbies profitable, and finally set up shop at the urging of my sweet husband.


2. Tell us about your shop name. . . where did "Little Missy Kate's" come from?
I'd had a business name with my maiden name in it for years and really just needed something new and fun. Then last year my husband and I welcomed our daughter Kate in to the world. We soon started calling her Miss Kate and and I thought about all the fun we'd have when she was older and we could create things together. After that it didn't take me thinking too hard to figure out what I was going to change my business name to!


3. Where do you find inspiration when you are crafting?
Absolutely everywhere I look! From my wonderful and crafty mom and sisters, to people on the street, and especially all the incredible artists I'm surrounded by on Etsy. I don't have to look too far to find something to inspire me!


4. A few interesting facts about me:
-I have 2 kids 2 and under as well as a Golden Retriever puppy.
-I grew up in a family of 9!
-When I was little I thought I was going to grow up and be a vet.
-I love country music and singing it at the top of my lungs when my husband and kids are gone.
