If you have ever hosted a giveaway on your blog, you know what a pain it is to find the winning number that random.org spits out if you don't have numbered comments.
Well, I'd had enough of that, so I found a great site that helped me number the comments on my blog.
I encourage you to follow that tutorial since it works perfectly.
I tweeked a few things, and I tried to write out my own version to show you what I would do, but I can't figure out how to post the html without having blogger convert it. If anyone knows a code so that I can post a text box with html, I would LOVE to know what it is!!
So follow the tutorial,
and then if you want normal black numbers, change these things in the VERY last step:
Change the color from white [4th line] to black [or whatever other color you'd like],
And remove lines 6-8.
It should look like this:

I swear, I did everything right...twice! I can't figure this out! I even went over it again with a fine tooth comb to make sure the html was all right and in the right places. Any suggestions? I don't know what I am doing wrong. And believe me, I know it's me that's doing something wrong. Your tutorial is great as always!

I totally tried to make my new tabs last night... totally didn't work for some reason! I am not sure why. They were HUGE... beyond huge on my site when I did it for some reason. I resized them all so I don't know what the deal was. Looks like I get to play with it longer! lol
I can't get it to work either. I'm still trying though. hmmm...

I think I have a code for text box that may work ((Cross your fingers)).

Hmm.. I followed all the steps but I'm not sure how to see the any numbers? I guess I did something wrong?
It's working now! I'm so excited. I guess it was too late in the evening for me to think...LOL! I didn't know you could view the comments by clicking on the individual blog post and there they were! Thanks again!
